Shipping
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
All customers paying by credit card will, however, be subject to validation controls and Ferm Living reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.
In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please fill out our claim form here.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered production, been packed, or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
For custom-made orders, please contact us directly, as cancellation conditions may vary depending on the production stage.
How are large and wholesale orders shipped?
Large-volume and wholesale orders are generally shipped by sea freight from Jingdezhen, China.
Shipping arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed with you before shipment based on the order quantity, destination, and packaging requirements.
For samples or orders with special delivery requirements, air shipping can be arranged separately.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times depend on your destination and shipping method.
Individual orders, samples, and private custom orders are generally shipped by air, while large-volume and wholesale orders are generally shipped by sea.
Estimated delivery times will be provided when your order is confirmed. Please note that customs clearance, local carriers, weather, and other circumstances may affect the final delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders of US$500 or more to destinations within Asia.
For orders below US$500 or destinations outside Asia, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method.
Large-volume, wholesale, and special custom orders may require a separate shipping quotation.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Air shipping is available for individual orders, samples, private custom orders, and orders with special delivery requirements.
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the available shipping options and additional costs.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or confirmed with you in advance, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing an international order.
Where do you ship from?
All Huashan Zhuoyin orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China.
Each porcelain piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to help protect it throughout its journey.
