Where is Huashan Zhuoyin porcelain made?
Our porcelain is created in Jingdezhen, China, a city with a centuries-old porcelain-making tradition. Our pieces bring traditional porcelain craftsmanship into contemporary tea and living spaces.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the product photos?
Many Huashan Zhuoyin pieces involve hand-painted decoration and multiple high-temperature firing processes. Subtle variations in brushwork, glaze tone, color, and firing marks are natural characteristics of handcrafted porcelain and make each piece slightly unique.
Are Huashan Zhuoyin pieces hand-painted?
Many of our collections feature hand-painted decoration created through traditional Jingdezhen porcelain techniques. Please refer to each product page for the specific craftsmanship used for an individual piece.
Why can glaze colors vary between pieces?
Porcelain responds naturally to kiln temperature, atmosphere, glaze composition, and firing position. Small variations in tone and surface character are therefore possible even among pieces from the same collection.
How should I clean and care for my porcelain?
For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with clean water and avoid sharp or abrasive objects that may scratch the porcelain surface. For deeper cleaning, a mild diluted disinfectant may be used when appropriate. After washing, allow the piece to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area before storing it.
How should I store my porcelain?
Store porcelain in a dry, stable place and avoid stacking pieces directly whenever possible. If stacking is necessary, place a soft protective layer between each piece to reduce friction and prevent scratches or damage.
Can I use my porcelain in a microwave, oven, or dishwasher?
To better preserve the surface, glaze, and decorative details of your porcelain, we recommend hand washing and avoiding microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers unless the individual product page specifically states that such use is suitable.
What should I avoid when using my porcelain?
Avoid impacts, drops, abrasive cleaning tools, and sudden temperature changes. Handle each piece gently, particularly fine or handcrafted porcelain with delicate decorative details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status through your Huashan Zhuoyin account.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
In-stock pieces are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Preparation times may vary during holidays, exhibitions, or periods of high order volume. The estimated delivery information shown at checkout should be used as your current reference.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Huashan Zhuoyin serves international customers. Available destinations, shipping options, and applicable charges are shown during checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
What should I do if my porcelain arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the damaged piece, packaging, and shipping box. Our team will review the case and assist you with the appropriate solution.
Can I return my order?
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must meet the applicable return conditions. Bespoke or personalized products may be subject to different return conditions.
Does Huashan Zhuoyin offer bespoke porcelain services?
Yes. We offer bespoke porcelain services for selected personal and professional projects. Depending on the project, customization may include form, decorative concepts, presentation, and other details.
I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first and confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, please contact us with your name and order details.
How long does a bespoke project take?
Once the design and details have been confirmed, the bespoke production process takes approximately 21 days, from the start of production to completion. Shipping time is not included in this timeframe and varies depending on the destination.
