Double Blessings Jixin Teacup
Inspired by traditional Chinese symbols of good fortune, this Jixin teacup brings together three bats, gourds, and continuous scrolling vines in a refined composition of blessings.
Three bats are subtly hidden among the foliage. In Chinese, fu (蝠), meaning “bat,” sounds like fu (福), meaning “blessing” or “good fortune.” Their discreet presence expresses wishes for well-being, harmony, and prosperity.
At the heart of the design is the gourd, traditionally associated with fulu (福禄)—fortune and prosperity. An additional auspicious motif is hidden within it, creating the central idea of “Fu Zhong Fu” (福中福): a blessing within a blessing.
Cobalt decoration is complemented by delicate gilded accents, while the compact, rounded Jixin form gives the cup a gentle and balanced presence in the hand.

Care Instructions
Choosing Huashan Zhuoyin means choosing handcrafted Jingdezhen porcelain created to bring artistry into everyday life. To help preserve the glaze, hand-painted decoration, and gilded details, gently clean each piece with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water, and mild dishwashing liquid. Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, hard brushes, or other abrasive cleaning products.
We recommend cleaning your tea ware promptly after use and keeping it dry to prevent tea stains from building up. For accumulated tea stains, gently clean the affected area with a small amount of toothpaste or baking soda using a soft cloth, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. When storing cups, gaiwans, and other porcelain pieces, a soft mat or protective layer can be placed between them to help reduce scratching, chipping, and accidental damage.
For pieces featuring gilding, famille rose enamels, or other special decorative finishes, hand washing is recommended. Avoid microwaves, ovens, and high-temperature sterilizing equipment. Care requirements may vary depending on the craftsmanship and decorative technique of each piece, so please refer to the specific care information provided on the individual product page.
Please note: Avoid sudden temperature changes and contact with hard or abrasive objects to help preserve the porcelain glaze, hand-painted decoration, and gilded details.

Technical Documents
Small in form, yet filled with layers of meaning.
The first blessing of Fu Zhong Fu appears through three bats quietly hidden among the foliage.
Because the Chinese word for bat, fu, echoes the word for blessing, they have long represented good fortune. Here, they remain subtle rather than prominent—much like the quiet blessings found in everyday life.
The second blessing rests within the gourd. Associated with fortune and prosperity, the gourd contains another auspicious motif within itself, creating a blessing within a blessing.
Continuous vines extend around the cup, connecting each symbol and suggesting blessings that continue to grow through time.
All of these meanings are gathered within the compact Jixin teacup.
As tea fills the vessel, traditional symbolism becomes part of an intimate daily ritual.
A small cup for tea, a quiet world of blessings within.
